By accessing and using GreenEVCabs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

GreenEVCabs is operated by Yogeshwar (Proprietorship), a brand under Soulputs Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd.

GreenEVCabs provides electric vehicle cab services for airport transfers, outstation travel, corporate bookings, and event transportation in the Pune-Mumbai region.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• Booking confirmation will be provided via WhatsApp or phone
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak hours and holidays
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request
• Booking prices are inclusive of tolls, parking, and driver charges unless otherwise stated

• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods
• For corporate bookings, payment terms will be as per the agreement
• Prices are fixed and transparent with no hidden charges
• GST invoice will be provided on request for eligible bookings
• Advance payment may be required for certain bookings

• Passengers must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited
• Passengers must treat drivers with respect and courtesy
• Maximum luggage capacity must be adhered to as per vehicle specifications

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately
• Drivers will follow traffic rules and take the most efficient route
• Drivers will maintain professional conduct at all times
• Drivers will ensure vehicle cleanliness and comfort

• All our vehicles are insured as per legal requirements
• GreenEVCabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items unless reported immediately
• In case of accidents, insurance will be handled as per policy terms
• Maximum liability is limited to the booking amount paid

• For airport pickups: Free waiting time of 45 minutes after flight landing
• For other pickups: Free waiting time of 15 minutes
• Additional waiting time may incur extra charges
• Flight delays are tracked for airport pickups at no extra cost

If passengers request route changes or additional stops, extra charges may apply based on the additional distance and time required.

• We collect only necessary information for booking and service delivery
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for service delivery
• We use WhatsApp and phone for communication and booking confirmations
• Contact details may be used for service updates and promotional offers

All content on the GreenEVCabs website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Yogeshwar (Proprietorship) / Soulputs Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright laws.

• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to Pune jurisdiction
• Customers can contact us via phone or email for complaint resolution

GreenEVCabs shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government orders, pandemics, or technical failures.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
