100% free cancellation allowed up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. No questions asked.

No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for completed bookings or cancellations made within 1 hour of scheduled pickup time.

1. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: More than 1 hour before pickup

You can cancel your booking free of charge if you cancel more than 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. 100% of any advance payment will be refunded.

No Refund: Within 1 hour of pickup

Cancellations made within 1 hour of scheduled pickup time are not eligible for refund. 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

No Show / No Refund

If you do not show up at the pickup location and do not cancel the booking, full charges will apply. No refund will be provided for no-shows.

2. Refund Policy

GreenEVCabs operates on a NO REFUND policy with the following exceptions:

Refunds Will Be Issued Only For:

  • Timely Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 1 hour before scheduled pickup time
  • Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the booked vehicle and do not offer a suitable alternative
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same booking
  • Technical Error: Payment deducted but booking not confirmed due to system error

No Refunds For:

  • Completed bookings and rides
  • Cancellations within 1 hour of scheduled pickup
  • No-show by customer
  • Customer delays causing trip cancellation
  • Changes in customer plans or requirements
  • Weather conditions or traffic delays
  • Route changes or detours requested by customer

3. How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your booking, please contact us immediately via:

Important: Cancellation time is recorded based on when we receive your cancellation request, not when you initiate it. WhatsApp cancellations are processed fastest.

4. Refund Processing Time

For eligible refunds:

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days (as per bank processing time)
  • Cash Payment: Bank transfer within 3-5 business days upon sharing account details

Refund processing starts after verification of the cancellation request and eligibility.

5. Modification Policy

Changes to Booking:

  • Time Changes: Can be modified free of charge up to 1 hour before pickup, subject to vehicle availability
  • Date Changes: Allowed up to 1 hour before original pickup time without charges
  • Pickup/Drop Location: Minor changes allowed; significant changes may incur price adjustments
  • Vehicle Type: Subject to availability and price difference, if any

6. Driver Cancellation

In rare cases where we need to cancel due to vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability:

  • We will provide an alternative vehicle at no extra cost whenever possible
  • If no alternative is available, full refund will be issued immediately
  • You will be notified as soon as possible (typically 2-3 hours before pickup)

7. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, strikes, pandemics, etc.):

  • Cancellations due to such events will be eligible for full refund
  • We will work with customers to reschedule or provide alternatives
  • Refund requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis

8. Corporate and Bulk Bookings

For corporate bookings and bulk reservations, customized cancellation terms may apply as per the agreement. Please refer to your corporate booking contract or contact us for details.

9. Partial Service Completion

If you choose to end your trip early or change your destination mid-journey:

  • No refund will be provided for unused portion of the booking
  • Full booking charges apply regardless of actual distance traveled
  • Additional charges may apply if detours or extra stops are requested

10. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a cancellation decision or refund denial:

  • Contact us via email at greenevcabs@gmail.com with booking details
  • We will review your case within 2-3 business days
  • Provide any supporting documentation (screenshots, emails, etc.)
  • Final decision will be communicated via email or phone

11. Changes to This Policy

GreenEVCabs reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Bookings made before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.

To avoid cancellation charges, always cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time.

We understand that plans change, and we're happy to accommodate free cancellations when given adequate notice. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively while providing the best service to all customers.
